| K-61 Official's Meeting Moved to New Location | Monday, March 10, 2003
| The meeting of KDOT and public officials concerning the K-61 Enhancement Study has been moved to
the KDOT District Conference Room at 1220 West 4th Street in Hutchinson. The Conference Room is located
just east of Hendricks Street on 4th. The meeting will be held at the orginal date and time, Friday,
March 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The meeting had been set for the Dillon Nature Center in
Hutchinson but public interest in observing the meeting may be higher than orginally expected,
prompting the desire to move to larger facilities.
The purpose of the meeting is to present to the public officials the results of the additional alignment
review KDOT conducted between Hutchinson and Medora and review the propsed interchange concept south
of McPherson. The public is welcome to observe the meeting and KDOT representatives will be available
afterwards for people to ask questions. Handout materials will be available at the meeting and will
also be sent to persons on the project mailing list and posted on the project web site.
